• Each plot will be of 200 & 400 Square yards. If plot area is more or less the cost will be apportioned accordingly.
•  The Company is not responsible for any payments made without obtaining signed official receipts.
• 100% as per Vaastu and approved layout.
• All cheques / DD's should be drawn in favour of M/s Sree Durgaestates payable at Hyderabad.
• Payments made without the knowledge of the company are not valid. Nobody has the power to collect money without a company's valid receipt.
• All transactions subject to the R.R.District A.P jurisdiction only.
• The company reserves right to amend the terms and condition as and well required.
